Throughout the winter season, a series of meetings occur, to make sure that all precautions have been taken to keep surrounding fields, neighboring residents and rivers safe during the next growing cycle. Also, that all local rules and regulations of crop rotations have been regarded. This way, when the weather cooperates in the spring, tractors are on the land as soon as possible and everyone knows their route and tasks ahead of time for maximum efficiency and quality to take care of the land and get the crop in. This is the base of all operations.
